{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-25-16-104.9","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 25-16-104.9","heading":"Hazardous substance site response fund - creation - transfer - use - definition.","body":"(1) As used in this section, \"fund\" means the hazardous substance site response fund created in subsection (2) of this section.\n\n(2) (a) The hazardous substance site response fund is created in the state treasury. The fund consists of any money transferred pursuant to section 24-75-220 (4)(a)(III.5). The general assembly may appropriate money in the fund to the department for the purposes specified in section 25-16-104.\n\n(b) Repealed.\n\n(3) Any moneys in the fund not expended may be invested by the state treasurer as provided by law. All interest and income derived from the investment and deposit of moneys in the fund are credited to the fund.
