{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-25-27.5-110","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 25-27.5-110","heading":"Repeal of article - sunset review.","body":"(1) This article 27.5 is repealed, effective September 1, 2028.\n\n(2) Before repeal, the department of regulatory agencies shall review the licensing of home care agencies and the registering of home care placement agencies as provided in section 24-34-104, C.R.S.
