{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-25-3.5-709","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 25-3.5-709","heading":"Annual report.","body":"No later than January 1, 1999, and prior to November 1 of each year thereafter, the department, in cooperation with the council, as defined in section 25-3.5-703 (3.5), shall submit a report to the health, environment, welfare, and institutions committees and the joint budget committee of the general assembly on the quality of the statewide emergency medical and trauma care system.
