{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-25-47-103","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 25-47-103","heading":"Use of epinephrine auto-injectors.","body":"(1) An employee or agent of an authorized entity or other individual who has completed the training required by section 25-47-104 may use epinephrine auto-injectors prescribed pursuant to section 25-47-102 to provide or administer an epinephrine auto-injector to any individual whom the employee, agent, or other individual believes in good faith is experiencing anaphylaxis, regardless of whether the individual has a prescription for an epinephrine auto-injector or has previously been diagnosed with an allergy, or to provide an epinephrine auto-injector to a family member, friend, colleague, caregiver, or person with a similar relationship with the individual.\n\n(2) The administration of an epinephrine auto-injector in accordance with this section is neither the practice of medicine nor of any other profession that requires licensure.","path":["Title 25 - PUBLIC HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT","Article 47 - Use of Epinephrine Auto-injectors by Authorized Entities"],"source_url":"https://olls.info/crs/crs2026-title-25.htm","current_through":"Colorado Revised Statutes 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:37:45Z","sha256":"4a9898d354f62f4dabecd19c683daff4eb87314f5b4fa9584097afffc6b50d71","source_id":"us-co","stale":false,"prev":"us-co/c.r.s.-25-47-102","next":"us-co/c.r.s.-25-47-104"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
