{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-25-5-1308","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 25-5-1308","heading":"Survey.","body":"(1) Once every three years, the department shall conduct a survey of fire departments to determine, as applicable:\n\n(a) Each fire department's name, fire department identification number, and address;\n\n(b) The amount, type, and date of manufacture of any class B firefighting foam that contains intentionally added PFAS chemicals which each fire department possesses;\n\n(c) How, where, and when the fire department has used class B firefighting foam that contains intentionally added PFAS chemicals for firefighter training;\n\n(d) Whether the fire department's stations are served by a well or public drinking water source;\n\n(e) Whether the fire department has used class B firefighting foam that contains intentionally added PFAS chemicals in the last five years, whether that use was reported to the department, and if not when and where the class B firefighting foam that contains intentionally added PFAS chemicals was used; and\n\n(f) How much, if any, class B firefighting foam that contains intentionally added PFAS chemicals the fire department has disposed of.\n\n(2) Repealed.","path":["Title 25 - PUBLIC HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT","Article 5 - Products Control and Safety","Part 13 - FIREFIGHTING FOAMS AND PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT"],"source_url":"https://olls.info/crs/crs2026-title-25.htm","current_through":"Colorado Revised Statutes 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:37:45Z","sha256":"63866ec80b0c5fee586e9bbd996c085f329e0d746f5efba7c385b7185efe12b6","source_id":"us-co","stale":false,"prev":"us-co/c.r.s.-25-5-1307","next":"us-co/c.r.s.-25-5-1309"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
