{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-25-5-1312","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 25-5-1312","heading":"Reporting requirement.","body":"(1) Notwithstanding section 24-1-136 (11)(a)(I), the department shall annually report by February 1, 2021, and February 1 of each year until February 1, 2036, to the general assembly's committees of reference with jurisdiction over public health regarding:\n\n(a) Any amounts credited to the fund in the previous year and the unobligated balance of the fund;\n\n(b) The number of grant applicants and the number and value of grants awarded under the grant program;\n\n(c) The eligible entities that have applied for a grant under the grant program, the actions taken by each grantee, other measurements of success, and the amount of grant money distributed to each grantee;\n\n(d) The amount of eligible materials purchased and properly disposed of by the department under the take-back program;\n\n(e) Any newly located perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances; and\n\n(f) Any suggested legislation or policy changes.","path":["Title 25 - PUBLIC HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT","Article 5 - Products Control and Safety","Part 13 - FIREFIGHTING FOAMS AND PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT"],"source_url":"https://olls.info/crs/crs2026-title-25.htm","current_through":"Colorado Revised Statutes 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:37:45Z","sha256":"78393847c570a006f6f474a799a70c0bb909401e91bce3653d068d820c7ca785","source_id":"us-co","stale":false,"prev":"us-co/c.r.s.-25-5-1311","next":"us-co/c.r.s.-25-5-1401"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
