{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-25-5-1506","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 25-5-1506","heading":"Violations - penalties.","body":"(1) A covered entity that violates this part 15 is subject to a civil penalty of ten thousand dollars for the first violation and a civil penalty of no more than one million dollars for a second or subsequent violation.\n\n(2) (a) The attorney general or any aggrieved individual may bring an action to impose a civil penalty for a violation of this part 15.
