{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-25-6.5-203","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 25-6.5-203","heading":"Pollution control equipment certification fund - creation - purpose.","body":"(1) There is hereby established in the state treasury the pollution control equipment certification fund, which shall consist of all moneys collected by the division pursuant to section 25-6.5-202. All interest derived from the deposit and investment of moneys in the fund shall be credited to the fund.
