The system shall include automatic, prepayment review of medicaid claims through the use of nationally recognized correct coding methods in the medicaid management information system, in accordance with 42 U.S.C. sec. 1396b (r) and regulations thereunder, as amended by Pub.L. 111-148, and any other subsequent acts of congress.
