{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-25.5-6-1405","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 25.5-6-1405","heading":"Rule-making authority.","body":"(1) The state board shall promulgate rules necessary to implement and administer the medicaid buy-in program created in this part 14, including, in consultation with the Colorado healthcare affordability and sustainability enterprise created in section 25.5-4-402.4 (3)(a), the establishment of appropriate premium and cost-sharing charges on a sliding-fee scale based on income.
