{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-26.5-4-120","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 26.5-4-120","heading":"Child and adult care food program feasibility study.","body":"(1) The department, in consultation with the department of public health and environment, shall conduct or contract for a study to determine the feasibility of de-linking eligibility for the federal child and adult care food program from the Colorado child care assistance program. The study must include:\n\n(a) Research on alternative eligibility processes for participation in the federal child and adult care food program that is specifically tailored for license-exempt family, friend, and neighbor providers, as described in section 26.5-3-808; and\n\n(b) Guidelines and best practices for the implementation of alternative eligibility processes to ensure adequate oversight without creating undue administrative burdens for the department or license-exempt family, friend, and neighbor providers, while ensuring the nutritional well-being of children in the provider's care.","path":["Title 26.5 - EARLY CHILDHOOD PROGRAMS AND SERVICES","Article 4 - Child Care and Education","Part 1 - COLORADO CHILD CARE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM"],"source_url":"https://olls.info/crs/crs2026-title-26.5.htm","current_through":"Colorado Revised Statutes 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:37:45Z","sha256":"77f5f2cc21c4231e316934e7ec92282d13966a12dcd9ec58b99ba020b59f7e37","source_id":"us-co","stale":false,"prev":"us-co/c.r.s.-26.5-4-119","next":"us-co/c.r.s.-26.5-4-201"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
