{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-26.5-5-202","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 26.5-5-202","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this part 2, unless the context otherwise requires:\n\n(1) \"Colorado child care assistance program\" or \"CCCAP\" means the Colorado child care assistance program created in part 1 of article 4 of this title 26.5.\n\n(2) \"Colorado shines system\" means the Colorado shines quality rating and improvement system established in section 26.5-5-101.\n\n(3) \"County department\" means a county or district department of human or social services.\n\n(4) \"Early childhood council\" means an early childhood council established pursuant to part 2 of article 2 of this title 26.5.\n\n(5) \"Early childhood education program\" means a child care program licensed pursuant to part 3 of this article 5 that provides child care and education to infants and toddlers living in low-income families.\n\n(6) \"Grant program\" means the Colorado infant and toddler quality and availability grant program created in section 26.5-5-203.","path":["Title 26.5 - EARLY CHILDHOOD PROGRAMS AND SERVICES","Article 5 - Quality Improvement Initiatives","Part 2 - COLORADO INFANT AND TODDLER QUALITY AND AVAILABILITY GRANT PROGRAM"],"source_url":"https://olls.info/crs/crs2026-title-26.5.htm","current_through":"Colorado Revised Statutes 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:37:45Z","sha256":"b5f83a5667565a26bbabd66198bc13d4b03c5fedd8ba755f2d81b72db816fe37","source_id":"us-co","stale":false,"prev":"us-co/c.r.s.-26.5-5-201","next":"us-co/c.r.s.-26.5-5-203"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
