{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-27-63-106","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 27-63-106","heading":"Safety net system - effectiveness - report.","body":"(1) From January 1, 2022, until July 1, 2024, the BHA shall provide an annual report on the progress made by the BHA on the behavioral health safety net system to the public through the annual hearing, pursuant to the \"State Measurement for Accountable, Responsive, and Transparent (SMART) Government Act\", part 2 of article 7 of title 2.\n\n(2) Notwithstanding section 24-1-136 (11)(a)(I), no later than January 1, 2025, the BHA shall provide an annual report to the joint budget committee of the general assembly related to the expenditures, outcomes, and effectiveness of the safety net system by service area region, including any recommendations to improve the system and the transparency of the system.","path":["Title 27 - BEHAVIORAL HEALTH","Article 63 - Community Behavioral Health Safety Net System"],"source_url":"https://olls.info/crs/crs2026-title-27.htm","current_through":"Colorado Revised Statutes 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:37:45Z","sha256":"0757dd9043963280c3c048db325ea26b5e3f63b4ce9dc17902bc3287ea717abc","source_id":"us-co","stale":false,"prev":"us-co/c.r.s.-27-63-105","next":"us-co/c.r.s.-27-64-101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
