{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-33-14.5-103","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 33-14.5-103","heading":"Proof of ownership for registration purposes.","body":"(1) The division shall require proof of ownership for an off-highway vehicle prior to the initial registration required under this article, but the division shall not issue a certificate of title for the vehicle.\n\n(2) The division shall keep a record of the manufacturer's numbers of all off-highway vehicles registered pursuant to this article and shall provide the department of revenue with a copy of said record monthly.
