{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-33-6-130","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 33-6-130","heading":"Explosives, toxicants, and poisons not to be used.","body":"(1) Unless permitted by law or by the division, it is unlawful for any person to use toxicants, poisons, drugs, dynamite, explosives, or any stupefying substances for the purpose of hunting, taking, or harassing any wildlife.
