{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-35-11.5-103","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 35-11.5-103","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:\n\n(1) (a) \"Agricultural products\" means any agricultural, horticultural, floricultural, viticultural, or vegetable product grown or produced.\n\n(b) Nothing in paragraph (a) of this subsection (1), as amended by House Bill 05-1180, as enacted at the first regular session of the sixty-fifth general assembly, shall be construed as changing the property tax classification of property owned by a floricultural operation.\n\n(2) \"Commissioner\" means the commissioner of agriculture.\n\n(3) \"Department\" means the department of agriculture.\n\n(4) to (7) Repealed.\n\n(8) \"Secretary\" means the United States secretary of agriculture or a representative to whom authority has been delegated to act in the secretary's stead.\n\n(9) \"State organic certification program\" or \"state certification\" means the program that implements 7 U.S.C. sec. 6501 et seq. and 7 CFR 205 in Colorado in order that the state certify organic producers pursuant to 7 U.S.C. sec. 6507.","path":["Title 35 - AGRICULTURE","Article 11.5 - Organic Certification Act"],"source_url":"https://olls.info/crs/crs2026-title-35.htm","current_through":"Colorado Revised Statutes 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:37:45Z","sha256":"f005339f16734d1b75d0a41e0a322bf509953b99dc9b67ad4626250ee404d51c","source_id":"us-co","stale":false,"prev":"us-co/c.r.s.-35-11.5-102","next":"us-co/c.r.s.-35-11.5-104"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
