{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-35-27.5-103","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 35-27.5-103","heading":"Rules and regulations.","body":"(1) The commissioner shall adopt reasonable and necessary rules and regulations to carry out the provisions of this article in compliance with section 24-4-103, C.R.S., and subject to the requirements of section 35-27.5-107.\n\n(2) Rules and regulations adopted pursuant to subsection (1) of this section shall include but shall not be limited to rules and regulations concerning the following:\n\n(a) Designation of weeds as noxious and prohibited;\n\n(b) Procedures for certification of weed free crops;\n\n(c) Qualification standards for persons seeking designation as authorized inspectors or as qualified employees;\n\n(d) Crop inspection procedures;\n\n(e) Treatment procedures for the eradication of viable noxious weeds from crops; and\n\n(f) Procedures for identifying and tracking certified weed free crops.","path":["Title 35 - AGRICULTURE","Article 27.5 - Forage Crop Certification"],"source_url":"https://olls.info/crs/crs2026-title-35.htm","current_through":"Colorado Revised Statutes 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:37:45Z","sha256":"1176e01616292422d0b4ac8032bdfd88218a2c2e6d95ef54baaf251e30d09f4d","source_id":"us-co","stale":false,"prev":"us-co/c.r.s.-35-27.5-102","next":"us-co/c.r.s.-35-27.5-104"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
