{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-35-53.5-103","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 35-53.5-103","heading":"Rules.","body":"(1) To carry out the provisions of this article, the board is authorized to adopt appropriate rules pursuant to section 24-4-103, C.R.S., on subjects that shall include, but are not limited to, the following:\n\n(a) Fees to fund all direct and indirect costs of the administration and enforcement of this article;\n\n(b) Methods of separating cattle for purposes of this article;\n\n(c) Standards and procedures for certification of feedlots and for the issuance, renewal, suspension, revocation, and reinstatement of certificates;\n\n(d) The number and type of on-site inspections;\n\n(e) Records to be maintained by the owners and operators of certified feedlots;\n\n(f) Grounds for enforcement actions.","path":["Title 35 - AGRICULTURE","Article 53.5 - Feedlot Certification"],"source_url":"https://olls.info/crs/crs2026-title-35.htm","current_through":"Colorado Revised Statutes 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:37:45Z","sha256":"ea09ac6bdafe3cbffc31f0ea5ebfa2b29abc647ad5dc61b51ecacaa8c821fb0f","source_id":"us-co","stale":false,"prev":"us-co/c.r.s.-35-53.5-102","next":"us-co/c.r.s.-35-53.5-104"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
