{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-35-75-202","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 35-75-202","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this part 2, unless the context otherwise requires:\n\n(1) \"Board\" means the Colorado agricultural value-added development board created in section 35-75-203.\n\n(2) \"Department\" means the department of agriculture.\n\n(3) \"Development facility\" means a Colorado facility that either produces goods from an agricultural commodity or uses a process to produce goods from an agricultural product.\n\n(4) \"Eligible agricultural value-added cooperative\" means a cooperative association formed pursuant to article 55 or 56 of title 7, C.R.S., for the purpose of operating a development facility and that meets the eligibility criteria established by the board pursuant to section 35-75-204 (2).\n\n(5) \"Fund\" means the agriculture value-added cash fund created in section 35-75-205 (1).\n\n(6) \"Member\" means a resident individual or a domestic or foreign corporation subject to the provisions of part 3 of article 22 of title 39, C.R.S.\n\n(7) \"Participant\" means a resident individual or a domestic or foreign corporation subject to the provisions of part 3 of article 22 of title 39, C.R.S., that contributes cash funds to the board.","path":["Title 35 - AGRICULTURE","Article 75 - Colorado Agricultural Development Authority Act","Part 2 - AGRICULTURE VALUE-ADDED DEVELOPMENT FUND PROGRAM"],"source_url":"https://olls.info/crs/crs2026-title-35.htm","current_through":"Colorado Revised Statutes 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:37:45Z","sha256":"29a0e901f6fc1621045a00b30358282f858d4a320cda29d42d67de2c42c7fec7","source_id":"us-co","stale":false,"prev":"us-co/c.r.s.-35-75-201","next":"us-co/c.r.s.-35-75-203"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
