{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-39-3-114","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 39-3-114","heading":"Burden - claim for charitable exemption.","body":"The burden shall be on the owner and operator of any residential property for which an exemption is claimed pursuant to any of the provisions of sections 39-3-109 and 39-3-112 to show facts sufficient to support the exemption claimed.
