{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-40-2-109","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 40-2-109","heading":"Report to executive director of the department of revenue.","body":"(1) Repealed.\n\n(2) (a) On March 1 of each year, the commission shall furnish the executive director of the department of revenue with a list of those public utilities subject to the commission's jurisdiction, supervision, and regulation on January 1 of each year. This subsection (2) does not apply to:\n\n(I) Motor carriers subject to the passenger-mile tax imposed by sections 42-3-304 and 42-3-306, so long as the cost of regulation of such motor carriers is defrayed from the proceeds of such passenger-mile tax;\n\n(II) Rail fixed guideway public transportation systems that are regulated by the commission pursuant to part 1 of article 18 of this title 40; and\n\n(III) On and after July 1, 2027, railroads identified in section 40-20-311 (3) for inspection, investigation, and enforcement activities pursuant to part 3 of article 20 of this title 40.\n\n(b) Repealed.","path":["Title 40 - UTILITIES","Article 2 - Public Utilities Commission - Renewable Energy Standard","Part 1 - GENERAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS"],"source_url":"https://olls.info/crs/crs2026-title-40.htm","current_through":"Colorado Revised Statutes 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:37:45Z","sha256":"0b60d5eef9752beb0ac625da43c967c8848ca96ab1b763c57490c25f12dff815","source_id":"us-co","stale":false,"prev":"us-co/c.r.s.-40-2-108","next":"us-co/c.r.s.-40-2-109.3"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
