{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-42-2-133","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 42-2-133","heading":"Surrender and return of license.","body":"(1) The department, upon suspending or revoking a license, shall require that such license be surrendered to the department.\n\n(2) At the end of the period of suspension, the licensee may apply for and receive a replacement license upon payment of a fee. The department shall set the fee in accordance with section 42-2-114.5 (2).
