Parts 1 to 4 of this article 2 and article 7 of this title 42 apply to identification documents issued or renewed under this part 5, but to the extent there is a conflict, this part 5 supercedes parts 1 to 3 of this article 2 and article 7 of this title 42 for identification documents issued in compliance with this part 5.\n\n(3) Commercial driver's licenses.
