{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-43-4-1705","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 43-4-1705","heading":"Road enterprise fees.","body":"(1) In furtherance of its business purpose, beginning January 1, 2027, the enterprise shall impose fees for oversize and overweight vehicles and longer vehicle combinations.\n\n(2) For the purpose of minimizing compliance costs for fee payers and administrative costs, the department, as described in sections 42-4-505 (1)(d) and 42-4-510 (11)(c), shall perform the collection, administration, and enforcement of the fees imposed by the enterprise pursuant to subsection (1) of this section.\n\n(3) As required by sections 42-4-505 (1)(d) and 42-4-510 (11)(c), the department shall transmit any fee revenue it collects to the state treasurer, who shall credit the revenue, minus the costs to the department for collecting the fees, to the fund.","path":["Title 43 - TRANSPORTATION","Article 4 - Financing","Part 17 - ROAD ENTERPRISE"],"source_url":"https://olls.info/crs/crs2026-title-43.htm","current_through":"Colorado Revised Statutes 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:37:45Z","sha256":"d4ad2d8caa0fb03de24c5a8be274839efba48720e555c323f6aaf5cf386a298d","source_id":"us-co","stale":false,"prev":"us-co/c.r.s.-43-4-1704","next":"us-co/c.r.s.-43-5-101-to-43-5-128"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
