A gaming retailer may conduct fantasy contests if the gaming retailer is licensed as a fantasy contest operator.\n\n(2) Fantasy contests are authorized and may be conducted by a fantasy contest operator at a licensed facility at which pari-mutuel wagering, as defined in section 44-32-102 (26), may occur.
