{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-44-30-820","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 44-30-820","heading":"Persons in supervisory positions - unlawful acts - rules.","body":"It is unlawful for a dealer, floorperson, or other employee who serves in a supervisory position to solicit or accept a tip or gratuity from a player or patron at the licensed gaming establishment where he or she is employed; except that a dealer may accept tips or gratuities from a patron at the table at which the dealer is conducting play, subject to this section.
