{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-5-19-205","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 5-19-205","heading":"Application for registration - form, fee, and accompanying documents.","body":"(a) An application for registration as a provider shall be in a form prescribed by the administrator.\n\n(b) An application for registration as a provider shall be accompanied by:\n\n(1) The fee established by the administrator. The administrator shall transmit the fee to the state treasurer, who shall:\n\n(A) Repealed.\n\n(B) For fees collected on and after July 1, 2024, deposit the money in the consumer credit unit cash fund created in section 5-2-302 (11).\n\n(2) The bond required by section 5-19-213;\n\n(3) Identification of all trust accounts required by section 5-19-222 and an irrevocable consent authorizing the administrator to review and examine the trust accounts;\n\n(4) Proof of compliance with the requirements of title 7 that specify the prerequisites for an entity to do business in this state; and\n\n(5) If the applicant is organized as a not-for-profit entity or is exempt from taxation, evidence of not-for-profit and tax-exempt status applicable to the applicant under the federal \"Internal Revenue Code of 1986\", 26 U.S.C. sec. 501, as amended.","path":["Title 5 - CONSUMER CREDIT CODE","Article 19 - Debt-management Services","Part 2 - UNIFORM DEBT-MANAGEMENT SERVICES ACT"],"source_url":"https://olls.info/crs/crs2026-title-05.htm","current_through":"Colorado Revised Statutes 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:37:45Z","sha256":"9306a59dab399716b306304dd437482967a54fe5c66a13f66bd1f6fceaade0ce","source_id":"us-co","stale":false,"prev":"us-co/c.r.s.-5-19-204","next":"us-co/c.r.s.-5-19-206"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
