{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-6-10-112","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 6-10-112","heading":"Judgment - fee of assignee.","body":"If an exception is not made to a claim filed, or if a claim has been favorably adjudicated, the court shall enter judgment in favor of the creditor and against the assignor for the amount claimed and found due and order the assignee to make from time to time fair and equal dividends among the creditors of the assets in the assignee's possession, in proportion to their respective claims, and, as soon as may be, to render a full account of the trust to the court.
