{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-6-27-104","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 6-27-104","heading":"Firearm industry standards of responsible conduct.","body":"(1) This section applies to a firearm industry member engaged in the manufacture, distribution, importation, marketing, or wholesale or retail sale of a firearm industry product that meets any of the following conditions:\n\n(a) The firearm industry product was sold, made, distributed, or marketed in this state; or\n\n(b) The firearm industry product was intended to be sold, made, distributed, or marketed in this state.\n\n(2) A firearm industry member shall not knowingly engage in conduct, through acts or omissions, that violates the \"Colorado Consumer Protection Act\", article 1 of this title 6, including any unfair or deceptive trade practice, as described in section 6-1-105.\n\n(3) A firearm industry member shall not knowingly engage in conduct, through acts or omissions, that violates article 12 of title 18.","path":["Title 6 - CONSUMER AND COMMERCIAL AFFAIRS","Article 27 - Firearms and Ammunition Manufacturers","Part 1 - FIREARM INDUSTRY STANDARDS"],"source_url":"https://olls.info/crs/crs2026-title-06.htm","current_through":"Colorado Revised Statutes 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:37:45Z","sha256":"72fe01c701d16cecbac31e0d619a61c3ed3844ad7238b46639c15037af1a802b","source_id":"us-co","stale":false,"prev":"us-co/c.r.s.-6-27-103","next":"us-co/c.r.s.-6-27-105"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
