{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-7-127-202","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 7-127-202","heading":"Voting entitlement generally.","body":"(1) Unless otherwise provided by the bylaws:\n\n(a) Only voting members shall be entitled to vote with respect to any matter required or permitted under articles 121 to 137 of this title to be submitted to a vote of the members;\n\n(b) All references in articles 121 to 137 of this title to votes of or voting by the members shall be deemed to permit voting only by the voting members; and\n\n(c) Voting members shall be entitled to vote with respect to all matters required or permitted under articles 121 to 137 of this title to be submitted to a vote of the members.\n\n(2) Unless otherwise provided by the bylaws, each member entitled to vote shall be entitled to one vote on each matter submitted to a vote of members.\n\n(3) Unless otherwise provided by the bylaws, if a membership stands of record in the names of two or more persons, their acts with respect to voting shall have the following effect:\n\n(a) If only one votes, such act binds all; and\n\n(b) If more than one votes, the vote shall be divided on a pro rata basis.","path":["Title 7 - CORPORATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS","Article 127 - Members' Meetings and Voting","Part 2 - VOTING"],"source_url":"https://olls.info/crs/crs2026-title-07.htm","current_through":"Colorado Revised Statutes 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:37:45Z","sha256":"ce16dd9695111e4b7a0770b917abb17abf9b5fd0be99e6a25d24f588d1e21ba9","source_id":"us-co","stale":false,"prev":"us-co/c.r.s.-7-127-201","next":"us-co/c.r.s.-7-127-203"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
