{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-7-134-304","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 7-134-304","heading":"Decree of dissolution.","body":"(1) If after a hearing the court determines that one or more grounds for judicial dissolution described in section 7-134-301 exist, it may enter a decree dissolving the nonprofit corporation and stating the effective date of the dissolution, and the clerk of the court shall deliver a certified copy of the decree to the secretary of state for filing pursuant to part 3 of article 90 of this title.\n\n(2) After entering the decree of dissolution, the court shall direct the winding up and liquidation of the nonprofit corporation's activities in accordance with section 7-134-105 and the giving of notice to claimants in accordance with sections 7-90-911 and 7-90-912.\n\n(3) The court's order or decision may be appealed as in other civil proceedings.","path":["Title 7 - CORPORATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS","Article 134 - Dissolution","Part 3 - JUDICIAL DISSOLUTION"],"source_url":"https://olls.info/crs/crs2026-title-07.htm","current_through":"Colorado Revised Statutes 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:37:45Z","sha256":"610c373be9a4e7074dbddfdb6ffd83ba61ecdb7e9ad90c17ef717531fd26a9f7","source_id":"us-co","stale":false,"prev":"us-co/c.r.s.-7-134-303","next":"us-co/c.r.s.-7-134-401"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
