{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-7-30-110","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 7-30-110","heading":"Appointment of agent to receive service of process.","body":"(1) A nonprofit association may deliver to the secretary of state, for filing pursuant to part 3 of article 90 of this title, a statement appointing an agent authorized to receive service of process.
