{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-7-47-105","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 7-47-105","heading":"Rights of lot owners.","body":"(1) If the grounds purchased or otherwise acquired for cemetery purposes have been previously used as a burial ground, those who are lot owners at the time of the purchase continue to own the lots and are members of the corporation.\n\n(2) An owner of a lot, grave space, niche, or crypt may attend any meeting of the board of directors.
