{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-8-14.5-108","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 8-14.5-108","heading":"Cost containment fund - creation.","body":"All moneys collected for cost containment pursuant to section 8-14.5-109 or 8-44-112 (1)(b)(III) shall be transmitted to the state treasurer who shall credit the same to the cost containment fund, which fund is hereby created.
