{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-8-3.7-205","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 8-3.7-205","heading":"Statewide welcome, reception, and integration cash fund - appropriation.","body":"(1) The statewide welcome, reception, and integration cash fund is created in the state treasury. The fund consists of money appropriated or transferred by the general assembly.\n\n(2) The state treasurer shall credit all interest and income derived from the deposit and investment of money in the fund to the fund.\n\n(3) Any unexpended and unencumbered money remaining in the fund at the end of any fiscal year shall remain in the fund and shall not be transferred to the general fund or any other fund.\n\n(4) Subject to annual appropriation by the general assembly, the Colorado office of new Americans may expend money from the fund for the purposes of this part 2.\n\n(5) The ONA may seek, accept, and expend gifts, grants, or donations from private or public sources for the purposes of this part 2.
