{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-8-67-104","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 8-67-104","heading":"Exclusions.","body":"(1) The following persons may not recover compensation or other benefits from the fund:\n\n(a) A partner in a partnership or an owner of a sole proprietorship;\n\n(b) A director or officer of a corporation;\n\n(c) A member or manager of a limited liability company;\n\n(d) An individual who was responsible for obtaining and maintaining the employer's workers' compensation insurance coverage and who failed to do so;\n\n(e) An individual who was eligible to be covered under a workers' compensation insurance policy and voluntarily rejected the coverage under section 8-41-202, 8-41-404 (4)(a)(V), or 8-41-404 (4)(a)(VI);\n\n(f) An individual who is not an \"employee\" as defined in sections 8-40-202 and 8-40-301 or who is otherwise ineligible to receive benefits under articles 40 to 47 of this title 8.","path":["Title 8 - LABOR AND INDUSTRY","Article 67 - Colorado Uninsured Employer Act"],"source_url":"https://olls.info/crs/crs2026-title-08.htm","current_through":"Colorado Revised Statutes 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:37:45Z","sha256":"c9ac9983600f35857c4be3061610323a8f3311704a1ce89956e197abcb9198ea","source_id":"us-co","stale":false,"prev":"us-co/c.r.s.-8-67-103","next":"us-co/c.r.s.-8-67-105"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
