{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-8-75-207","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 8-75-207","heading":"Work share plan modifications.","body":"(1) An employer may modify a work share plan to meet changed conditions if the modification conforms to the basic provisions of the plan as originally approved by the director.\n\n(2) Before a proposed change to a work share plan may be implemented:\n\n(a) The collective bargaining agent shall approve the modification to the plan if an employee is covered by a collective bargaining unit;\n\n(b) The employer shall report the change in writing to the division; and\n\n(c) The director shall approve the modified plan.\n\n(3) The director shall approve or deny a modified work share plan using the same standards and requirements that are used for the original work share plan in accordance with section 8-75-203.\n\n(4) Approval of a modified work share plan shall not affect the original expiration date of the work share plan.","path":["Title 8 - LABOR AND INDUSTRY","Article 75 - Extended Benefits Program","Part 2 - WORK SHARE PROGRAM"],"source_url":"https://olls.info/crs/crs2026-title-08.htm","current_through":"Colorado Revised Statutes 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:37:45Z","sha256":"27747e0018e3a6d2c53065336abcd947ef99d6b2067e41ad7b047baeabbc44d1","source_id":"us-co","stale":false,"prev":"us-co/c.r.s.-8-75-206","next":"us-co/c.r.s.-8-75-208"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
