{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-8-83-217","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 8-83-217","heading":"Memorandum of understanding - one-stop partners.","body":"(1) (a) The work force board, with the agreement of the local elected officials, shall develop and enter into a memorandum of understanding between the work force board and the one-stop partners concerning the provision of services in the one-stop system in the local area.\n\n(b) Each memorandum of understanding must contain provisions describing:\n\n(I) The services to be provided through the one-stop system;\n\n(II) How the costs of such services and the operating costs of the system will be funded;\n\n(III) Methods for referral of individuals between the one-stop operator and one-stop partners for the appropriate services and activities;\n\n(IV) The duration of the memorandum of understanding and the procedures for amending the memorandum of understanding during the term of the memorandum of understanding; and\n\n(V) Such other provisions, consistent with the federal act, as the parties to the agreement determine to be appropriate.\n\n(2) Repealed.","path":["Title 8 - LABOR AND INDUSTRY","Article 83 - Workforce Development","Part 2 - CAREER ADVANCEMENT ACT"],"source_url":"https://olls.info/crs/crs2026-title-08.htm","current_through":"Colorado Revised Statutes 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:37:45Z","sha256":"7c068ee7f3c5131d1746bea95b3b4229180def4ab3ff7e93f2bd4920f041d4e7","source_id":"us-co","stale":false,"prev":"us-co/c.r.s.-8-83-216","next":"us-co/c.r.s.-8-83-218"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
