Stat. § 1-1i","heading":"Use of fees collected from issuance of identity cards.","body":"The fees payable to the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles upon the issuance of certain identity cards in accordance with section 1-1h shall be deposited to the credit of the General Fund and in the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1985, such fees, in an amount not exceeding a total of sixty thousand dollars, shall be deemed to be appropriated for use by said commissioner for purposes of implementing the program in said section 1-1h.","path":["TITLE 1.
