Electronic transmission of benefit payments.","body":"The Teachers' Retirement Board shall mail retirement benefit checks on the next to last business day prior to the date on which such checks are payable. Any member whose retirement benefits become effective on or after January 1, 2001, shall be required to have the monthly benefit payment electronically transmitted to the financial entity of such member's choice.
