Stat. § 10-194","heading":"Penalty.","body":"(a) Any person, whether acting for himself or herself or as agent for another, who employs any minor under the age of eighteen years at any occupation described in subsection (a) of section 10-193 without having obtained a certificate as provided therein shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars.\n(b) Nothing in subsection (a) of this section shall be construed to apply to any person desiring to employ a minor under the age of eighteen years through a youth development program of a regional workforce development board.","path":["TITLE 10.
