The Commissioner of Social Services, or the commissioner's designee, shall provide information to each local or regional board of education on state-sponsored health insurance programs for children, including application assistance for such programs. Each local or regional board of education shall provide such information to the parent or guardian of each pupil identified as uninsured.","path":["TITLE 10. EDUCATION AND CULTURE","CHAPTER 169.
