For purposes of this section, “epinephrine” means an automatic prefilled cartridge injector or similar automatic injectable equipment, nasal spray or any other medical equipment approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration that is used to deliver epinephrine in a standard dose for emergency first aid response to allergic reactions.","path":["TITLE 10.
