Guidelines.","body":"(a) For the school year commencing July 1, 2011, and each school year thereafter, each local and regional board of education shall provide an advanced placement course program. For purposes of this section, “advanced placement course program” means a program approved by the State Board of Education that provides college or university-level instruction as part of a course for which credit is earned at the high school level.\n(b) The State Board of Education shall develop guidelines to aid local and regional boards of education in training teachers for teaching advanced placement courses to a diverse student body.","path":["TITLE 10.
