Report.","body":"(a) The Commissioner of Education shall conduct, within available appropriations, a longitudinal study that examines the educational progress of children both during and following participation in early reading success grant programs pursuant to section 10-265f.\n(b) The Commissioner of Education shall report, in accordance with section 11-4a, to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to education on the longitudinal study by January 1, 2002.","path":["TITLE 10.
