Minor not disqualified for loan.","body":"Any person otherwise qualifying for a loan or grant made by the Department of Economic and Community Development pursuant to this chapter shall not be disqualified by reason of being under the age of eighteen years and for the purpose of applying for, receiving and repaying such a loan, or entering into a contract concerning such loan or grant, any such person shall be deemed to have full legal capacity to act and shall have all the rights, powers, privileges and obligations of a person of full age, with respect thereto.","path":["TITLE 10.
