Stat. § 10-66ll","heading":"Random audits of charter schools.","body":"Annually, the Commissioner of Education shall randomly select one state charter school, as defined in subdivision (3) of section 10-66aa, to be subject to a comprehensive financial audit conducted by an independent auditor selected and monitored by the commissioner. Except as provided in subsection (d) of section 10-66ee, the charter school shall be responsible for all costs associated with the audit conducted pursuant to the provisions of this section.","path":["TITLE 10.
