Stat. § 10-74g","heading":"CommPACT schools.","body":"A local or regional board of education may, through agreement with the organizations designated or elected as the exclusive representatives of the teachers' and administrators' units, as defined in section 10-153b, for the teachers and administrators employed by such board, create a CommPACT school. The board shall permit the school autonomy in governance, budgeting and curriculum. The school shall be managed collaboratively by the superintendent of the school district and a governing board comprised of representatives of the school and of the teachers' and administrators' units, community leaders and parents and guardians of students who attend the school.","path":["TITLE 10.
