Stat. § 10-76qq","heading":"Term “emotional disability” to be used in lieu of “emotional disturbance”.","body":"On and after July 1, 2022, the term “emotional disability” shall be used in lieu of “emotional disturbance” by the Department of Education and local and regional boards of education for purposes of the administration and provision of special education and related services in the state under this chapter. As used in this section, “emotional disability” has the same meaning as “emotional disturbance” in the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, 20 USC 1400, et seq., as amended from time to time.","path":["TITLE 10.
