The grants shall be used: (1) To provide technical education to the Connecticut marine industry including fin fisherman, shell fishermen, lobstermen, marine operators, the marine recreational industry, town commissions and other citizens of Connecticut; (2) to coordinate marine advisory service educational programs with marine advisory services in other states; and (3) to encourage the development of the marine industry.","path":["TITLE 10a.
